Management

According to the Association's Statute (available elsewhere on this site), the management structure is as follows:

General Assembly

"The General Assembly is the supreme body of the Association which involved all of its members" (Statute, Art. 16).
The General Assembly meets annually in February-March.

Governing Board

"The Governing Board is the managing body of the Association and is composed of at least 3 (three) persons - members of the Association" (Statute, Art. 23.1).
